By accessing or using PrivateJet.hk (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

The Site is operated by Dominio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

PrivateJet.hk is an independent referral platform. We provide information, editorial content and referral links to third-party private jet charter operators and booking platforms. We are not a licensed air carrier, travel agent, charter broker or direct service provider.

When you click an affiliate link on the Site and complete a charter booking, your contract is with the relevant third-party operator or platform — not with Dominio LLC or PrivateJet.hk. All flight-related liability rests with the operating carrier.

PrivateJet.hk participates in affiliate programmes. We earn a commission when qualifying bookings are made through our partner links. This does not increase the price you pay for any flight. For full details, see our Affiliate Disclosure.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on the Site — including pricing guidance, flight times, aircraft specifications and availability — is accurate at the time of publication. However:

• Indicative prices are estimates only and are subject to change without notice.
• Flight times are approximate and depend on routing, winds and ATC.
• Aircraft availability is determined entirely by third-party operators.
• Empty leg listings reflect live third-party inventory and may be withdrawn at any time.

PrivateJet.hk does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or currency of any information on the Site.

All content on the Site — including text, images, design, code and trademarks — is the property of Dominio LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Scrape, crawl or copy Site content in bulk without written permission.
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's security or functionality.
• Impersonate Dominio LLC, PrivateJet.hk or any of our partners.
• Submit false or misleading enquiries.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dominio LLC, its members, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any third-party service accessed via the Site — including, without limitation, any charter booking, flight cancellation, delay or personal injury.

Our total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dominio LLC and its affiliates from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms or your infringement of any third-party right.

The Site contains links to third-party websites and platforms. Dominio LLC has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices or terms of any third-party site. Links do not constitute endorsement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Your continued use of the Site after a modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
